Tell them you are using the 2009 Times Squares Dance Group Rate. <br /><br />The PTP 2009 reduced rate for Standard Deluxe Double or Standard King is $89.00/night plus tax (current NJ state tax rate is 12%, subject to change). <br /><br />You cannot receive this hotel rate by reserving on-line; all reservations must be made by telephone. You will need a valid credit card to reserve your room. There are a limited number of block rooms, so please register as soon as possible. All dancing will be done in the Berkeley Oceanfront Hotel, and early block bookings help lower our hotel ballroom costs. We have a limited block of rooms, so please register early. <br /><br />The Berkeley Oceanfront Hotel check-in time is 3 PM and check-out time is 12:00 PM. For PTP 2009 guests only, check-out time on Sunday, October 25, will be 2:00 PM. Late charges will apply after that time. <br /><br />Cancellation Policy: room cancellations must be made before October 20 at 4 PM. After that date guests will be charged a one-night room rate and tax fee. <br />
