About this Club:
Founded in October 1984 , Times Squares has been a constant prescence in the northeastern square dancing community. It is New York's only active LGBTQ+ square dance club - city AND state!
Our annual fly-in, Peel the Pumpkin, is scheduled in late October or early November. A costume parade is held Saturday evening, with dancers dressed up according to the theme of the weekend.
Times Squares hosted the 1989 IAGSDC Convention "Peel The Apple", and has produced multiple Honky Tonk Queens and Golden Boot recipients over the years.
