Starting in true tech commuter style, this tour starts with a ride on CalTrain down to Palo Alto where we will visit The Computer History Museum, Google, and locations such as NASA Ames, Intel, and the HP Garage, the birthplace of Silicon Valley. NOTE: Participants must be a US citizen or "green card" holder carrying a passport or driver's license to prove identity at checkpoints. Limited to 30 people.

c) Thursday ~ Bicycle Tour

Our journey begins in the hotel lobby. We either walk or ride the Skytrain to Reckless Bikes to pick up your reserved bicycles. We depart from there for a short ride around the seawall of False Creek to Granville Island passing through the recently built Olympic Village. From there, we cycle through Kits Beach, Point Grey, all the way to Jericho Beach. For those that want to take in the beach sights and pleasures, they can park themselves here for an hour. Those wanting an extended bicycle adventure will continue onto Pacific Spirit Park at the edge of the University of BC. When they return to Jericho, we will all meet up and journey back to Reckless Bikes. (Your bike rental also includes: Helmet, Lock, Water bottle cage, City bike route map, Bell)
