Dance levels will be Mainstream through Challenge C3, with higher levels scheduled depending on demand. Because of increasing costs, the low registration fees that we maintained for many years have had to be raised modestly for PTOH 2015. At-the-door registration will be $120. Rates are discounted for earlier registrations. The fee for dancers registering by Friday, September 12, 2014, is $80. Registrations made by Friday, January 9, 2015, are $95; registrations made by Friday, April 10, 2015, are $105.
