Chi-Town Squares Goes Political!<br /><br />Chi-Town Squares celebrates the 2008 race for the White House with Crossfire 2008 The Raucous Caucus . Come join us beginning Friday, August 29th for four fun filled days of great square dancing with our featured caller, Saundra Bryant and special guest caller, Barry Clasper.<br /><br />The festivities begin Friday August 29th with registration at 6:00 pm and dancing at all levels from mainstream to C2 starting at 7:00 pm. Saturday continues starting at 9:00 am with dancing and workshops until 12:00 pm, and again from 1:00 pm until 4:00 pm. Saturday evening is our gala Raucous Caucus starting at 8:00 pm and we encourage you to come dressed as your favorite Washington Scandal personality! <br /><br />The Sunday brunch starts at 10:30 am at Jak s Tap and then back to UIC for an afternoon of dancing. We break at 4:00 pm so you can spend the afternoon sightseeing, visiting Halsted Street or just relaxing. If you still haven t had enough, we begin Monday with dancing at Ebenezer Church at 11:00 am, the pot-luck lunch at 12:00 pm with continuous dancing until 4:00 pm when Crossfire 2008 comes to a close.<br /><br />We hope to see all of you there!
